What is good nutrition?

We help our patients plan their meals out to include nutrient-dense foods that are also low in calories to assist with weight loss as needed.
Remember, you don’t have to be overweight to be suffering from bad nutrition. It can affect anyone who is not eating properly. We all know that person who can eat whatever they want and not gain weight, but just because they look good in a bikini doesn’t mean they are healthy!
